Evaluations

Initial Assessments

Every care relationship begins with a thorough, unhurried evaluation.

01

Comprehensive PT Evaluation

60 min · $195

For new patients with a primary complaint

Your first session is a full clinical evaluation — not a quick intake form. Omega takes the time to understand your history, test your movement, and identify the underlying causes of your pain or limitation.

You leave with a clear clinical picture, a personalized treatment plan, and an initial home exercise program. You'll understand exactly what is happening and what comes next.

02

Multi–Body Part Evaluation

75–90 min · $245

For patients with multiple areas of concern

Complex presentations require more time. This extended evaluation addresses two or more regions in a single session, building a comprehensive picture of how your body moves and compensates as a whole.

Ideal for athletes with multiple injuries, individuals with interconnected pain patterns, or anyone managing several conditions simultaneously.

03

Telehealth Evaluation

60 min · $175

For patients unable to attend in person

A full clinical evaluation conducted via secure video — covering history, movement assessment, and program planning. Equally thorough, more accessible.

Well-suited for patients outside the Niwot area, those returning from travel, or individuals who prefer a remote start.

Follow-Up Care

Ongoing Treatment

Every follow-up is intentional, progressive, and fully one-on-one.

04

60-Minute Follow-Up

60 min · $165

Ongoing rehabilitation care

The standard OHM session. One hour, one patient, no interruptions. Manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and continued reassessment — all in a single focused appointment.

Sessions evolve continuously. As you progress, the program advances. Nothing is repeated out of habit — every visit is purposeful and tied to measurable goals.

05

30-Minute Follow-Up

30 min · $105

Later-stage rehab or targeted check-ins

A focused, efficient session for patients in the maintenance phase, returning after a break, or checking in on a specific issue.

Best suited for patients who are largely independent with their program and need periodic expert oversight.

Specialty Care

Concussion Management

Post-concussion recovery requires a different clinical approach — precise, methodical, and grounded in a thorough understanding of the nervous system.

08

Concussion & Post-Concussion Rehabilitation

Sport concussion · Work injury · Motor vehicle accident · Blast injury

Omega holds additional certification in concussion management. Treatment is structured, evidence-based, and designed around each patient's specific symptom profile — not a generic protocol.

Concussion rehabilitation at OHM addresses the neurological, cervical, vestibular, and ocular components of recovery — because a concussion rarely affects only one system. Programs are individualized, progressive, and built around a safe return to full activity.

Post-concussion syndrome Cervicogenic headache Cognitive fatigue & brain fog Light & noise sensitivity Sleep disturbance Exertional intolerance Neck pain / cervical dysfunction Graduated return to sport / activity

Certified vestibular therapy for dizziness, vertigo, and balance disorders — targeted, progressive, and evidence-based.

09

Vestibular & Balance Rehabilitation

Dizziness · Vertigo · Balance disorders · Post-concussion vestibular dysfunction

Omega holds additional certification in vestibular rehabilitation. Vestibular conditions are underdiagnosed and often undertreated — accurate assessment is essential before any intervention begins.

Treatment is carefully graded and based on your symptom profile, tolerance, and functional goals. Many patients with months or years of vestibular symptoms experience significant improvement with the right evidence-based approach.

Clinical Techniques

Modalities Integrated Into Your Care

These techniques are integrated into your sessions based on your clinical presentation — not applied routinely.

10

Dry Needling

Muscle tension · Trigger points · Recovery acceleration

Dry needling uses thin filiform needles inserted into muscle tissue to reduce tension, improve blood flow, and support the body's natural recovery process. It is a neuromuscular intervention grounded in anatomy and clinical evidence — distinct from acupuncture.

At OHM, dry needling is typically integrated into your standard session at no additional cost. It is available as a standalone add-on ($20) when clinically appropriate.

11

IASTM

Soft tissue restriction · Scar tissue · Mobility limitation

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization uses specialized tools to detect and treat soft tissue restrictions, fascial adhesions, and altered tissue texture that contribute to pain and limited mobility.

Particularly effective for tendinopathies, post-surgical scarring, and chronic muscle tightness. Integrated into sessions when clinically indicated.

12

Manual Therapy

Joint mobility · Soft tissue · Pain modulation

Manual therapy — including joint mobilization, soft tissue techniques, and myofascial release — is a central component of nearly every OHM session. Hands-on care is not an add-on. It is foundational.

Technique selection is based on your current tissue state, tolerance, and goals — not habit or routine.
